Step 1: Read the Rules
So you want to place an order? Great! There are a couple things to know before creating your sales thread. The first step is to understand the rules and restrictions:
- Please wait for us to confirm your orders price, do not send Damask Holdings credits before told so by us.
- Items will only be made over after pickup.
- All communications regarding your order will be conducted in your post unless we contact you. If you fail to respond to a question asked or any action required, you may simply be sent the thread link via SWC darkness without any further information.
Step 2: Place Your Order
Once you know the rules, it is time to create your sales thread. Click on Forum at the top., and create a username, then post in the sales section.
To expedite your sale, make sure to follow the following format:
Personal order: Thread title --> [Your Character Name] [Faction you belong to OR Freelance]
Click the above thread titles for a good example on how you should format your order.
The Order Process:
--> You submit your order
--> Credit amount has been confirmed, awaiting payment
--> Credits received, order pending to be completed
--> Order has been picked up and awaiting makeover by a Director
After this point your thread will disappear into the archives after it is made over. If you have further inquiries regarding your order contact the current sales agent.
Important - YOU are responsible for posting your payment records in your order thread.
All orders that do not have your transaction record posted will be considered unpaid by default and not be processed.
Step 3: Pickup Or Delivery
Order assembled, and time for pick up!

You will be added to the crewlist of the Quasar Fire-class Bulk Cruiser [RSD] Bravo 2 with your name and order expiration date as the room's name at the above location. If you are sending someone else to pick up the items, you must post this in your sales thread. Please do not personally message the sales representative as this can easily make it get overlooked.
Important:
- Do not unpack the crates right away! Please post on your thread that you have picked them up, and they will be made over as soon as possible. Now you can unpack them if you wish. Doing so before makeover can severely delay the time it takes to make over and can cause a huge inconvenience for the staff. We have a HUGE inventory and searching for a couple stray items can be frustrating. Make sure that if someone else is picking up your items that they understand this as well.
